Circuits
Circuits is a set of aerobic and strength exercises carried out at stations around our fully air-conditioned studio. There are usually between 10 and 15 stations where exercises are done for a set time, usually one or two minutes, before moving on to the next station. Our instructors will give you direction to push yourself to the max! All abilities welcome.
Body Conditioning
A varied class designed to tone and sculpt the entire body, working the key muscles in the shoulders, arms, waist, tummy, bottom, hips and legs. 45 minutes of standing exercises, including some high intensity but low impact aerobic work (ie no jumps or jogs) to give fat burning results as well as toning results. Followed by 15 minutes floor work, ending with a relaxing stretch.
Body Pump
The original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. It’s a 60-minute workout that challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls.
